A.  The Invention

 

  1. Title: (maximum four words)
  2. The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve: (maximum 3 lines)
  3. Description: Give a general idea of what the invention is about (maximum 5 lines).
  4. Presentation: Describe how the invention works, looks like (maximum 5 lines). And/or provide illustrations, (in jpg form)
  5. Role of software: Describe how the software works (maximum 5 lines)
  6. Fields of application: (maximum 2 lines)
  7. Advantages: (maximum 3 lines)
  8. Stage of innovation:. Choose one of the following: text only, design, prototype, pre-production, production item.
  9. Documentation available:  ( ) No   ( ) Yes - If the answer is YES, give details such as: leaflet, brochure, sample, video, website, etc.

B.  The inventor (or inventors)

 

  1. Name(s): (First name (not in capital letters), followed by FAMILY NAME in capital letters)
  2. Photo: Optional
  3. Self introduction: Optional (maximum 3 lines)
  4. Owner of the invention: (Is it the inventor?)   ( ) No  ( ) Yes - If the answer is NO, indicate the name of the owner (person, company, etc.)

C.  Protection

 

  1. Patent Status:
        - Patent(s) granted and/or patent(s) pending (= applied for, but not yet granted).
          Preferably give name of country, and the number of the patent.
        - Utility model
  2. Priority: (date of the very first patent application)
  3. Countries where it is in force: (if granted)
