VII. Moscow International Salon of Innovations and Investmets

The Moscow International Innovation and Investment Salon (Salon) is the biggest science and technology exhibition in Russia. More than 500 organizations and companies participated in the Salon, and the exhibition space was 5000 sq. meters.  

The Salon has been supported by the Russian and Moscow Governments and by the Commerce and Industry Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Objectives of the Salon are to assist inventors, developers and manufacturers of  hi-tech products in promoting advanced technologies and products to the domestic and foreign markets,  developing business contacts, attracting potential investors and clients to competitive technologies, fostering innovative activities of companies, searching for opportunities of effective use of intellectual, scientific, technological, industrial and human resources of scientific organizations and industrial companies.

           The official part was included conferences, seminars, round tables, business meetings, and presentations of innovative projects in foreground scientific and technological areas. András Vedres presented a lecture about "Condition of Commercialization of Inventions".

 

Mr. Andrey Fursenko Minister of Education and Science of Russian Federation was awarded "IFIA Humanitarian Award" for altruistic promotion of invention by A. Vedres.

 

The IFIA Declaration - 2007 was hand over to Mr. Fursenko. The IFIA President had discussions with Minister Fursenko about this declaration. Mr. Fursenko expressed, that "Russia stands up for IFIA concerning the widening of patent protection and the creating of equal chance for inventors".

 

András Vedres IFIA president was awarded Gagarin Medal by Cosmonautics Federation of Russia for the popularize of scientific and technical results.

 

Winners of IFIA awards:

 

1. IFIA Cup was presented to Perm State Technical University for conception of maintenance of electrical devices life circle.
2. IFIA Lady Prize to woman inventor was presented to Kuban State Agrarian University for production method of functionality bread.
3.IFIA Eco Prize for invention in the field of ecology was presented to Kirov State Medicine Academy for pawl of biological material.
