The all existing system for meat species detection and food safety control are not specific enough and is of very high cost and time consuming. This kit gave the solution for flexible system with very low cost and high specificity; it can also adapt for any food control problems and be faster.

 Development of a modified, cheap and fast molecular kit based on the Multiplex the detection of porcine and its by-products in Brunei Darusslam market. The combination of the specificity and sensitivity of PCR with the DNA extraction by different irradiation allows rapid detection of porcine using Multiplex specific DNA primers designed from different genetic regions areas of animal genomes but they give same length PCR fragments of 99bps. This is the first world of such multiplex for DNA-based detection..

The invention will be explained based on the designed kit and biomarkers using power point and posters. Detection kit will be displayed.

The kit  been confirmed and validated for detection of pork contents of different types of meat, sausages and doses of imported food in Brunei Market. The system is fast, high specific and sensitive to concentrations of less than 0.1% and 10-100 cheaper than other detection system. The kit have the flexibility formany others applications  the food safety assurance and tracebility of GMO. The kit will not add much extra cost for food processing and controll.
