solve
Description. ¸ The electric
motor with multilayer permanent magnets built into the rotor laminate
profiled for a large contribution of reluctance to the total engine moment is
a new solution – a highly efficient engine with the maximum momentum per
volume unit. The essence of this solution is a specific form of the rotor,
which has reluctance slots and three-layer segmented magnetic poles. By
subdividing of the magnetic pole a more efficient functioning of the cooling
medium was achieved, and with an unchanged amount of magnetic material the
demagnetization limit was thus increased. In order to
additionally reduce the dimensions of the mechanical links and to influence
the rotor’s magnetic circle by their magnetic saturation, the composition of
the rotor was made of unit modules fixed by a mechanic cage, produced of a
non-magnetic, low-conductive and mechanically solid material, which solves
the problems of mechanical strength of large engines. Following
this principle, a range of 14 engines of various nominal moments was
produced, tools were made, prototypes developed and a production launched.
Once mathematically defined, this kind of the rotor laminate formula enables
carrying out of mass production in a standard factory of medium and large
synchronous electric machines, on standard machines and by using specific,
technically easily made tools and devices. The licence
for the production of electric motors was sold to China, and there have been
joint investments with the company Jiali Electric into production of these
highly efficient electric machines with permanent magnets.
