1.  The Invention

Title

Multi-axes Transducer of Pressure Distribution and Slip
The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve

We searched for possibilities how to give developers more information about pressure distribution and slip in moving parts

Description.

Transducer is designed for the force distribution measuring and for the studying instant actions and the force distribution during movements of the loose or liquid materials.
Presentation. Describe how the invention looks like

Two sensors are used for this compact mobile device. The first one is located in the front size area and measures the pressure on the whole front-size area. The second one sensor, tightly fixed the first one with, is made as six-axis sensor in the “S-shape”.

Fields of application

For example on the paddles of the wheel-stirrers; turbine vanes, stirrers etc.

Advantages

Main advantage is small shape - dimension of the measuring unit is only 30x60x160 mm -simplicity and efficiency of using. Number of sensors in front size area 286, Dimension of one sensor 1x1 mm, Max. normal force at front-side measuring area is 300N; Max. normal force at one measuring sensor is 6N; max. shearing force is 100N.
