efficient textile disinfection and treating method and agent. Description. The textile disinfectant
and treating material is made in pellet form using the uric acid, obtained
from the excrement of poultry rearing and silver metal, obtained from silver
content industrial waste materials. The product has a disinfectant and UV
protection effect. Presentation. The uric acid has excellent
disinfectant and UV (210 to 310 nm) protection effects and, it improves the
colour conservation and the wear-resisting properties of the dyed fabrics.
Combining the uric acid with metal silver and converting it into pellets the
above mentioned effects are produced. Application Washing. Its application is highly recommended in domestic and industrial wash
machines, in the purification of industrial and communal waste waters, mainly
in case of waters contaminated with staphylococcus and streptococcus. Advantages It is very important that
the disinfectant pellet disinfects with a very high efficiency (minimum 70 %)
the clothes, bed clothes, towels, etc. (in the household, hospital, hotel)
contaminated with human faeces and eliminates the above mentioned disease
germs. Its use significantly lowers the environment load. Stage of development. The development is in
