 Creating a healthy, safety and comfortable residence area



The eco-apartment-house is an ideal dwelling of common property which meets the demands of occupants in every respect. This only can be realised completely by using computer techniques.

The invention is a computer system that supervises, controls and harmonise the modern and optimal technical solutions of the eco-apartment-house. As a result it ensures optimal cycling of energy (electric, heat) and material (air, water, sewage-water, products, garbage). The computer system also controls the separate movement of people (occupants, guests, unauthorised visitors). It also provides high level security against fire and of property, and makes the flow of information (Internet, telephone, television, radio, mail, culture) quick and unhindered. The computer system performs its functions by taking the occupants’ aspects and demands into account. This invention provides automatically the system to integrate into the environment through the utilisation of environmental friendly materials and technologies strictly avoiding harmful environmental effects and environmental pollution. We call the invention eco-apartment-house because of the latter. 



 In the second district of Budapest, at 77 Budakeszi Street on a wooded area of 2,3 hectares there is the first eco-apartment-house under construction which consists of 115 apartments of different sizes (floor space of 50 – 200 m2).

The architect and the contractor have taken care of that only high quality materials meeting the demands of health and environmental protection were used at the construction. The heat and sound insulation of the building is optimal. There is a centralised system for heating-cooling and hot water provision, and if possible the operator uses natural energy resources (e.g.: solar energy). Different types of wastes are collected separately. There will be common establishments – like swimming pool, sauna, gym, therapeutic section, gaming room, restaurant, designed garden harmonising with the landscape- serving the comfort of occupants. The eco-apartment house will provide safe storage for car, bicycle, wine, money, movable property, sport equipment and machinery. There will be possibility for cultural, amusement and religious activities (library, chapel, art gallery, gaming hall). All apartments will be equipped with computers with unlimited access to the Internet through which local leisure-time activity will be provided (home cinema).

To provide all this undisturbedly there will be sensors and command transmitting devices connected to the central computer of the eco-apartment-house. These will enable the computer software - serving the basis for the invention to process - evaluate the incoming data and signals (temperature, humidity, light, movement, state parameters of different equipment, requests, etc.) and if necessary give the appropriate controlling signal automatically to the executive units. After all it supervises the execution and registers the changes enabling further intervention if necessary.
