The problem the
inventor(s) wanted to solve Excessive if not lethal coercive force in routine public order
policing by law enforcement operatives including making arrests, subduing a
violent person or withstanding a hostile aggression by unarmed perpetuators.
Description. The invention relates to nonlethal
close quarter hand-to-hand combat instruments, particularly to an ancillary
tactical palm clutch useful for various law enforcement operatives in subduing
a violent person or withstanding a hostile aggression in routine unarmed
public-order policing.
Presentation. Substantially palm-sized and made preferably of hardwood, it
is in the general configuration of a cross with four
pre-dimensioned projections upright and transverse that would contact the
individuals receiving a defensive strike thereof.

Advantages Nonlethal, non-offensive, legal to
carry tactical defensive ancillary tool that is not threatening nor brutal in
