Title: Functional Building Boards from Composite Textile Waste - ReBoardTex

The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve:

Description: Functional boards ReBoardTex from composite textile waste are new wholly valuable building material obtained from environmentally troublesome complex waste. Such waste consist of permanently bonded various textile and non textile fractions (e.g. modern multilayer floorcoverings). Due to their composition, size, amount and non-biodegrability pose an important problem for the environment. The boards ReBoardTex are distinguished by the special structure which ensures lifetime durability, dimensional stability, stiffness, suitable thermal and acoustic insulation, non-crackness, non-brittleness, non-dustness and soakless. Appropriately to end use purposes ReBoardTex can have antibacterial, anti dust mites, anti fungi and anti mould properties, if necessary. The boards are made with different thickness, shapes and sizes according to end user requirements. The easiness of binding by various techniques with other materials, e.g. furniture, makes a possibility of colourful design.

Fields of application: Functional building boards ReBoardTex can be used as constructional modular elements, partition walls, protective covers and screens, insulation underlay, under floor, facing, etc.

Advantages: The functional boards ReBoardTex are eco-product which reuse of post-consumer and production composite textile waste which should not be disposed of in landfill sites. ReBoardTex - environmental friendly valuable building material combining durability, bio-safety, hygienic, aesthetic and design merits. The additional advantages of ReBoardTex present a treatment-friendliness and a low price.
