	Title: The manufacturing technology process for the preparation from waste chalcedonite used in order to improve the construction products’ properties The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve: The way to prevent environmental destruction of construction parts by producing preparation to construction parts impregnation in the form of water silica sol from chalcedonite waste material. Description: An object of the invention is the method of manufacturing products in a form of aqueous silica sol with waste chalcedonite. The product is designed, in particular, for impregnating construction parts to secure them against harmful weather conditions and to improve their mechanical properties. Presentation. Poster Fields of application: The impregnant can be used for the protection of natural stone construction parts and concrete from degradation during exploitation. It improves physicochemical and endurance properties of construction materials. It can be also used in renovation of already build constructions, especially historic ones, which prolongates its durability in a natural way. Advantages: - a raw material used to impregnant production is a mine waste – chalcedonite dust, - the impregnant is a fully ecological substance, having no chemical substances which could be released to the environment or undergo any reaction, - the technology of impregnant production is less costly and less complicated (no pressure dissolution of raw material in lower temperature), Stage of development.
