Title: Manufacturing line for forming the supports of europallets for small manufacturing plants
The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve: The idea behind the invention is the use of woodworking industry waste for the purposes other then energetic and production of europallet supports of equal compressive strength and durability in every direction – anisotropy.
   
Description. The manufacture line for producing europallet supports is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. It is characterised by simple operation and low price. The insert material for producing europallet supports is wood waste bonded under pressure with a polymer bonding agent. The manufacturing process is made up of pressing the components in the moulds, striking the moulds and receiving the finished product.

Fields of application: The production line is intended for small manufacturing enterprises and larger companies as a set of machines to utilize wood waste from the woodworking industry and factories producing ready-to-use Euro pallets.

Advantages: The main ecological effects of the technology:

·         reduction of high-structural timber usage: 3,200.000kg per 1 line annually

·         utilization of wood waste from woodworking and furniture industries

·         complete recycling of worn-out pallets and structural timber components, faulty product batches
