1.  The Invention

Title: F-A/O-D technology – method for carbonitriding process activation.
The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve: The durability increase of gall chains and die, from using F-A/O-D technology.
Description
. Influence of fluidized bed results in shortening the time of thermochemical process, decreased value of austenitization temperature and reduction of grain size. Comparing to conventional heat treatment process, thermochemical process in fluidized bed enables to obtain the same depth of diffusion saturated top layer without negative increase of grain size of treated tools. That technology allows durability increase of tools and die.
Presentation. POSTER
Fields of application: F-A/O-D technology was applied in six factories in Poland. One of them main problems to solve was durability increase of gall chains and die.
Advantages:  F-A/O-D technology enables:

- shortens construction elements and die diffusive saturation process,

- decreased value of austenitization temperature

- negative grain growth reduction,

- durability and reliabilty increse of elements treated in fluidized bed,

Stage of development. production item.
