Durability and reliability increase of  installation for wood fibre pulp
Description
. The use of new material construction solutions by modificating construction and microstructure of valve elements enabled for exploitation durability increase (2,5x). Construction modernization and microstructure modification lengthened working time of the thermo-defiberizer from 2200 to 5600h.
Presentation
. POSTER
Fields of application:
Modificating construction and microstructure of valve elements enabled exploitation durability increase of installation for wood fibre pulp.

Advantages: F-A/O-D technology and modernization of valve construction enabled:

- exploitation durability increase (2,5x),

- lengthened working time of the thermo-defiberizer from 2200 to 5600h

- natural environment degradation was reduced

-  the costs of thermo-defiberizer stand-by time and repair of worn out valves was reduced.

Stage of development. production item.
