Title: Multilayer Textile Material for Upper of the Textile Footwear

The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve:  Assurance of the hygienic, physiological comfort and antibacterial properties of materials for textile footwear Ecological process of material manufacturing. Attractive, fashionable design.

Description: The set of the textile materials is composed of joined together inseparably: the upper layer made of the naturally colored cotton and inner (lining) layer made of polypropylene fibers both standard and antibacterial. The hygienic and antibacterial properties were achieved by an appropriate configuration of the hydrophilic and  hydrophobic layers. Developed textile structure ensures the moisture transport from the foot skin to the ambient air.

Fields of application:  The multilayer textile material is intend to the upper of the textile footwear, especially running shoes, trainers, babies and children’s shoes, daily use footwear.

Advantages: The excellent exchange of gasses and an evaporation of sweat, antibacterial performance by the creating the special microclimate in the zone near to the foot skin. High physiological comfort. Ecological production process due to an elimination the dyeing and dyestuffs dangerous for environment. The unique design due to the composition of:  the naturally colored cotton, the fancy yarn and the fabric weave.
