Title Method and device for measuring the twist yarns The problem the
inventor(s) wanted to solve: Elaboration of a new method for
twisting yarns, which will give a more accurate and precise determination of
twist. The main problem to be solved is the elimination of the phenomenon of
uncontrolled sample elongation during the twist measurement. Description. The new method is based on twisting and untwisting the sample by two
clamps rotating in opposite directions. The preliminary sample tension is
located in its middle and causes its certain deflection (bending). Such a
solution ensures the elimination of uncontrolled sample elongation. As an
effect the accuracy of determination of yarn twists is been improved by 50%. Presentation. POSTER Description of the invention and
