Description.

The invention is the group of diverse biopreparations designed for application in food and feed industry: natural starters cultures of yeasts and lactic acid bacteria for baking industry, bacterial preparations for silaged feeds and probiotics for young animals

Fields of application:

Yeast-bacterial preparations are design for baking industry and they are suitable for fermentation wheat-rye and rye flour, bacterial preparations are used as additives to silaged feeds such as grass, corn, alfalfa, raw potatoes. Probiotics are selected strains of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts designed for feeding young calfs, piglets, brojlers

Advantages:

Application of preparations for silages results in improvement of quality, oxygen stability and digestibility of fodder which positively influences on economical effects of animal husbandry, probiotics eliminate the pathogenic microflora from intestines which leads to general improvement of animals’ health condition, starters to sourdough guarantee required fermentation process, reduction time of sourdough fermentation and whole process of making bread. They are also prolong bread freshness and improve crumb texture, guarantee constant high quality of bread.
