Title: Method of manufacturing oxygen with high purity

The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve:

Production of high-purity oxygen in the place of its application, environmental friendly production of high-purity oxygen, low costs of production of high-purity oxygen.

Description. The invention is about how to obtain the oxygen with purity of 99,7÷99,9% vol. O2. To archive this, the atmospheric air is compressed to the pressure of 500kPa of volume, filtered, cooled down to the temperature of 4÷7oC, drained and separated in Io PSA installation filled with zeolite molecular sieve. The oxygen is still purified from argon in the IIo PSA installation filled with carbon molecular sieves.

Presentation. POSTER
Fields of application: To cut thick steel elements in steelworks, production of industrial oxygen for mines, fish (trout) farming, hospital oxygen network.

Advantages: Low investment and exploitation costs, possibility of manufacturing industrial oxygen with very high purity in the place of its application, according to clients need when it comes to quality and quantity. The whole process is environmentally friendly and uses atmospheric air as a raw material.
