Title:High temperature brazeability tester”

The problem the inventor(s) wanted to solve: The inventors’ aim was to work over an automated system for determining certain brazeability parameters in high temperature up to 1000°C. This would enable to select optimal set of braze or brazing conditions for best quality of the joint.

Description.High temperature brazeability tester is a computerized system for braze properties automatic measurement. It bases on plate method used in determining the brazeability of a set: brazed material – braze. The device is fully computerized, each process is controlled and monitored with the use of algorithms implemented by dedicated software, which gives precise regulation of all the experiments’ parameters.

Presentation. POSTER
Fields of application High temperature brazeability tester can be applied in certain branches of industry where technology of joining materials is used, eg. electrotechnical, mechanical etc.

Advantages: User-friendly application and possibility of the results visualization on graphs and in tables in real time, facilitates the work with the system as well as the results interpreting. Fully automated analyzing system provides quantitative data. The data archive works on the basis of data base server, which allows for comparing the obtained results of varied sets of examined materials.
