The boat has outside engine drive which gives only four horsepower. It floats on water on submarine wings, the speed is 20 km/h. One of its greatest advantages is reduction of water resistance and therefore reduction of fuel consumption. Boat is also very stable. Presentation. It looks like water scooter.
