inventor(s) wanted to solve The
device has been constructed to solve the technical problem of washing the wooden
barrels using the classical procedure in a completely mechanical manner and
environmentally friendly fashion. Description. The device operates by simultaneously rotating the
barrels along the vertical axis and oscillating along its length so that the
far ends of the barrel move up and down. The older devices, however, had the
ability to rotate only around their central axis. Innovation offers a
procedure completely resembling the classical manual washing procedure. Only
clear water is used for washing the barrels (we should avoid using chemicals).
So this device is also wood friendly. Presentation.
Fields of
application: cooperage, wine trade …, there
is also possible solution to use the device as a polish machine. Advantages: - perfectly cleaning - ecological, wood and human health
friendly device - compact and simple construction - when cleaning there is not needed
presence of anyone – the device is completely safe and secured with a net and
a safety switch
