Visa preparation:

Prepare please visa invitation letters according the rule of Chinese Foreign Ministry and send to by e-mail the leader of county group. The names and passport numbers are given on visa preparation table on List of delegates (click the country name; a doc file will come).

Friezes encircle each sector A-O with flag of the countries and Chinese name of the countries.

 

This plain is fit to the number of presenting inventions by exhibitors therefore the size of the booth are different!

 

NEW! Here is the database of booth: > > > IFIA _booth.htm with the booth numbers. The Numbering system is the next: sector character and number, for example A1 and A2, or O1, O2, O3, O4 etc.

 

There be electric connection in each booth, chairs for the exhibitors (depend on the number of delegates) and two showcase per every 3x3 meters.

Very important tools are the yellow colour storage places with door. These must be built up into the biggest booths (more than 3x6).

There are several uncertain countries (Kazakhstan, Vietnam and Brunei). We have minimal reserve place for these uncertain exhibitors.
