tion, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEX 2019) as both a basic yearly event in Thailand and one IFIA Mag azine
of the best advancement contentions in Asia, was held from February 2 to 6, 2019 in Bangkok International
Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC) to make a bridge among Thai and International pioneers. IPITEX was
organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) under the patronage of International Fed-
eration of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA).
Thailand Inventor’s day 2019 was authoritatively opened with the support of ACM Prajin Juntong, Deputy
Prime Minister of Thailand, Prof Sirirurg Songsivilai, Secretary-General of National Research Council of Thai-
land and Mr. Alireza Rastegar, IFIA President.
More than 1500 inventors displayed the latest innovations in this exhibition. 31 associations and 25 coun-
tries including Vietnam, Poland, Czech Republic, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesian, Sri Lanka,
the United Arabic Emirates, and Taiwan, Province of China displayed the advancements in the worldwide
sclare.
During the award ceremony, IFIA President, Mr. Alireza Rastegar, granted IFIA Best National Invention Medal
to Manas Kamnerdmanee and IFIA best international award to Eunseong Jang for Real-time monitoring
interior door stop from KYUNGIL University, South Korea.

2019
February 2nd is announced to be the Inventors’ Day
in Thailand in order to honor the accomplishment
of His Majesty the King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the Fa-
ther of Thai Invention.
The National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT)
organizes Thailand Inventors’ Day on 2 February
every year. One of the principle exercises of NRCT is
to advance and bolster invention and innovation in
both the private and public sectors. NRCT has coop-
eration with related organizations to hold Thailand
Inventors’ Day since 1995.
