STATUTES
IFIA Statutes outlines the rules and
regulations based on which the federation
must be governed. Since the first statutes
were enacted in 1968, some modifications
have been applied to it by the unanimous
agreement of General Assembly members.
The latest amendment was conducted
on September 14, 2018, to ensure that the
statutory laws conform to the Swiss Civil
Law.
IFIA Statutes contains 19 articles declaring
the name and address of Federation,
the objectives, admission and expelling
members, the constitutive bodies of IFIA,
the duties of Executive Committee, General
Assembly and the President, obligation of
members, finance and finally the dissolution
of the federation.
