Another aspect is that women´s portion as cus-
tomer becomes more and more influential. That
is why women will have a great influence on for-
ward-looking trend and innovative inventions. The
reason behind small percentage of active women
in the field of inventions must be the missing mo-
tivation in schools for technical subjects studied
(called STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering,
Mathematics). The most important reason for exist-
ing disparity is the missing of early advancement of
girls. So we have to care that the support of creativ-
ity and motivation for STEM must start in schools
or even at nursery schools.

In Germany only 11 % of all beginners for tech-
nological studies are female in 40 % for all kind of
studies. But this can´t explain only with the different
role allocation between men and women. Against
this assumption must be seen that e.g. in Dubai or
Syria the gender role is more strict separate than
in Europe and the technological studies were basi-
cally used by women.

My long experience as Leader of HAG-project as-
sured me that boys and girls as young inventors
are able to widely benefit from each other’s strong
