Air and surface disinfection device by oxygen plasma and nanotechnology to eliminate COVID-19
Dr. Mehrdad Foj Laley, the president president of the Turkish inventors and innovators network
(IFIA Corresponding Member in Turkey) , and his colleague Mr. Morteza Mahmoudi, succeeded
in designing and manufacturing air and surface disinfectant with oxygen plasma technology.
The product was patented internationally in 2018 and is currently in mass production at the
Van Province Entrepreneurship Center in Turkey. The product has received CE standard and
ISO 9001. Also, the air and surface disinfection process of this device has been approved by
the Turkish Ministry of Health’s “Türkak” accreditation laboratory.
The effect of this device on killing coronavirus in air and surface has been approved by relevant
authorities.
This device is being produced in different models and capacities. Even a portable model has
been designed that can be installed inside cars trains, buses, and ambulances. The company’s
ambulance model is being used in many Turkish cities.
