          Throughout their three-day visit to the ARCA ’23 International Exhibition of Innovations, the
          SELGA delegation partook in diverse activities. On the inaugural day, Mr. Zoran Barisic presided
          over a bilateral meeting, delving into the missions and visions of both institutions. The meeting

          South African side, encompassing:
          1. Operational challenges and experiences associated with organizing international innovation
          exhibitions.
          2. The motivations and interests of innovators and exhibitors participating in such expos.
          3. The orchestration of auxiliary events as concurrent features of international exhibitions.
          4. The role played by national associations in stimulating, endorsing, and commercializing
          innovations.
          5. The contribution of governmental and non-
          governmental stakeholders to the development
          of national innovation support programs, along
          with instances of exemplary practices.
          6. The pivotal role assumed by IFIA in advocating,
          endorsing, and commercializing innovations.
          7. Resource management, recognition, and the
          selection  of fairs and events  of exceptional
          interest within the IFIA calendar.
          8. Exploration of additional topics of mutual
          concern for both parties.
          On the culminating day of ARCA ’23, amid the
          awards  ceremony,  a  formal  Memorandum  of
          Understanding (MoU) was inked between the Association of Croatian Innovators and SELGA.
          This momentous agreement cemented their dedication to cooperation and the promotion of

          worldwide innovation networks and partnerships.

          of the potential harnessed through international collaboration to advance innovation and foster
          cross-border cooperation. The shared aspiration of nurturing innovation and aiding inventors
          worldwide is now one step closer to realization, thanks to this triumphant convocation.
