Global Innovation Federation Join Forces to
Drive Startup Growth in Southeast Asia

Hanoi, Vietnam – In a move to propel Vietnam to the forefront of Southeast
Asian innovation and startups, the Research Institute of Creative Education
(RICE) and the Institute of Innovation Research and Attribute Verification
(RIVA) in Hanoi have signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding
(MoU) with IFIA Bharat, the Indian chapter of the International Federation of
Inventors’ Associations (IFIA). This strategic partnership, facilitated by Startup
Global Connect, unites Vietnamese educational excellence with a worldwide
network of inventors and entrepreneurs.
RICE is a subsidiary of RIVA, a member of the Vietnam Union of Science and
