                                                    Bootcamp Successfully

                                             Dubai, United Arab Emirates – September 2025
                                             The UAE office of Research Innovation Teams (RIT), a full mem-
                                             ber  of  the  International  Federation  of  Inventors’  Associations
                                             (IFIA), successfully held the Vision to Product (V2P) Bootcamp
                                             in Business Bay, Dubai, welcoming a carefully selected group of
                                             30 participants from various professional and academic back-
                                             grounds.  This  cohort  consisted  of  youth,  students,  inventors,
                                             engineers, healthcare professionals, and early-stage entrepre-
                                             neurs—joining the program either in-person or virtually through
                                             RIT’s online participation system.
                                             Structured as a comprehensive four-day initiative, the V2P Boot-
                                             camp was designed not merely as an educational program, but
                                             as  a  translational  framework  for  converting  innovative  ideas
                                             into viable, testable, and market-oriented products. The boot-
                                             camp guided participants through the complete innovation life-
                                             cycle, emphasizing applied learning and outcome-based prog-
                                             ress through the following critical pillars:
                                             •  Gap  Mining  &  Opportunity  Discovery  –  Identifying  unmet
                                             needs  and  emerging  global  innovation  gaps
                                             • Patent & IP Strategy – Understanding intellectual property as
                                             a strategic asset for competitive advantage
                                             • Market and Competition Analysis – Conducting structured re-

                                             search on market readiness and competitive positioning
                                             •  Business  Model  Architecture  –  Designing  sustainable  and

                                             •  MVP  /  Prototype  Development  – Translating  concepts  into
                                             functional  prototypes  ready  for  testing  and  iteration
                                             • Technical and Financial Feasibility Assessment – Evaluating
                                             execution potential, unit economics, and scalability criteria
                                             • Value Communication & Investor Readiness – Crafting nar-
                                             ratives and pitching frameworks aligned with investor expec-
                                             tations
                                             Participants engaged in a combination of expert-led seminars,
                                             hands-on design workshops, interactive team challenges, and
