                                      OLYMPIAD 2018:



           CELEBRATING CREATIVE TALENTS OF THE YOUTH



            Korea International Youth Olympiad was successfully held in the Sejong University in Seoul, Republic of
            Korea on 10-12th of August. This event coincided with the 10th anniversary of the World Women Inventors
            & Entrepreneurs Association (WWIEA).

            Korea International Youth Olympiad 4I 2018 is a festival to celebrate creativity and invention of the youth
            who will lead the future of Korea and the world. The creativity of all participants in KIYO2018 will be the driv-
            ing force behind the fourth industrial revolution.

            This year, domestic and international participants from many different countries, including Oman, Iran, In-
            donesia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, participated in KIYO 4I and showed their infinite challenges and creative ideas.
            Moreover, more than 500 participants from the Republic of Korea joined “The best of the best invention”
            and “Team competition for creativity” as well.

            During the Gala Dinner ceremony, the president of WWIEA, Ms. Mi-young Han gave an opening speech to
            begin KIYO 4I, following that the president of Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO), Mrs. Saule Tlevlessova
            and also Mr. Masoud Tajbakhsh (the academic section coordinator) delivered a speech on behalf of IFIA
            President about the development of the global innovation culture by emphasizing on identifying, directing
            and monitoring young students in this era.

            Finally, in the award ceremony, IFIA Best Invention Medals were granted to two groups of young innovators.
