                   STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP FOR

                    THE ORGANIZATION OF SVIIF




                 Mr. Alireza Rastegar from IFIA and Mr. Claude Membrez from PALEXPO, Geneva’s Exhibition and
                 Congress Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Hong Kong on December 5th, 2018
                 to form a strategic partnership between the two organizations for the Silicon Valley International
                 Invention Festival (SVIIF).

                  According to this agreement, PALEXPO is specified to be the organizer of SVIIF 2019 which is
                 planned to be held from 23 to 26 June 2019 in Santa Clara Convention Center and IFIA is the host
                 of the event.

                  The PALEXPO SA is the operator of PALEXPO and since 1981, hosts and organizes important exhibi-
                 tions and congress all year long. The International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva was created in
                 1972 in Geneva, Switzerland and belongs to PALEXPO SA since 2016.


                  It is one of the world’s most prestigious innovation exhibitions, which is arranged under the pa-
                 tronage of The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) of the Swiss Government and City
                 of Geneva, and is showcasing innovations and inventions.


                  Every year, it comes with over 800 exhibitors from 40 countries, featuring 1,000 new innovations
                 and inventions; the annual International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva is a major global event
                 dedicated to innovation and to new products. It also serves as a platform for inventors and their
                 potential buyers from organizations worldwide to communicate and exchange their ideas, includ-
                 ing means for commercialization.
