          company CEO from the United States, and
          follow-up business development looks
          promising.

          Platinum Award winners for this year were
          also unveiled today. This award repre-
          sents the highest honor of the Expo and
          was  presented  by  the  Director  General
          of the Taiwan Intellectual Property Of-
          fice (TIPO), Ms. Shu-Min Hong in person.
          A total of 704 entries from 20 countries
          contended for the award this year. After
          a two-stage review process consisting of
 Taiwan Innotech Expo 2018 came to a closure successfully on September 29, with   paper review followed by live inspection,
 over 40 thousand of visitors — from domestic and international professionals to   17 Platinum Awards, 117 Gold Awards,
 the general public — during its 3 day run. A total of 33 countries (regions) par-  122 Silver Awards and 160 Bronze Awards
