Since the beginning of the DEV-KIT-Initiative (Creativity-Innovation-Technology), in particular for supporting young
inventors in German Invention Association (DEV) I´m engaged to bear up youth worldwide as International Ambas-
sador for STEM-Science and Education. One of the important reason to be successful in creativity forcing and youth
support is an excellent cooperation with the head of German DEV-KIT-Memberbord Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Hans-Georg Torkel
and the DEV-President Dipl.-Ing. Mr. Werner Ruppert.

Our special focus should be on building bridges between worldwide nations and their youths to overcome barri-
ers of different culture, religion and education because we have only one earth. So we have to share our world in
a peaceful life to overcome the wordlwide challenges.

To be successful for obtaining basic knowledge we require a brilliant schooling. Only who has knowledge does not
need to believe believe. Without excellent education we can´t overcome barriers in our head, because we don´t un-
derstand each other! That´s why we have to open our eyes and hearts! Hearts haven´t windows only doors! We are
responsible for what we do and also for that, what we ignore !
