from April 2023 until present, the teams within this group have successfully completed 412
projects. The customer satisfaction rate has consistently exceeded %98. Remarkably, the IFIA
RIT Department, spanning across 30 countries worldwide, has the capacity to undertake 800
projects annually. Furthermore, over %99 of these projects have been delivered on schedule.
In 2023, one of the key initiatives of the IFIA RIT Department was the organization of the
Innovation Masterclass. This course comprised 12 sessions, attracting over 250 inventors,
innovators, and idea owners from 24 countries worldwide. Participants joined online from
countries including Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, Iran, UAE, Canada, America, Switzerland,
Ukraine, France, Turkey, Tajikistan, and others.
The objective of this course was to provide a comprehensive understanding beyond the mere
idea registration process. It covered the entire spectrum from idea generation to full realization,
including inventor branding, product manufacturing and branding, legal considerations,
attracting investors, commercialization, and market entry. Throughout the sessions, legal,
technical, and marketing experts were on hand to review the prerequisites for bringing an
idea to market. Each session of the Innovation Masterclass (IMC) was supplemented with
a workbook. After every session, participants were required to progress through their idea
process step by step according to the workbook guidelines, ensuring they could derive the
necessary outcomes from the course.
Organized by the Kuwait Science Club (KSC), the International Invention Fair of the Middle East

dating back to 2007, the exhibition has experienced steady growth, drawing participants from
over 40 countries and showcasing a total of 1,745 inventions. In its 14th edition, held in Kuwait
in 2024, the exhibition continued its tradition of celebrating global creativity and ingenuity.
The IFIA RIT Department was prominently featured, with 12 inventors participating in the event.
From the product development phase to branding and packaging, the department oversaw
the entire process, garnering positive feedback from judges, investors, and experts alike.
In 2023, the IFIA RIT Department initiated the signing of 7 memorandums with technical and
workshop collections, aiming to provide technical training and facilitate the industrial and

such as ear, throat, nose, head, and neck research centers were established, focusing on idea

Among the outcomes of these activities is the development and market presence of a medical
device tailored for otolaryngology specialists and surgeons. The IFIA RIT Department oversaw
the entire process from ideation to market entry, encompassing ideation, manufacturing,
testing and evaluation, branding and packaging, market assessment, and marketing strategies.
