Hocine Lamouri, an inventor from Algeria, has invented a smart pow-
er plant which is developed in the United States by ENHANCE Prod-
uct Development INC. He is willing to sell his invention or to license it.

The invention titled Green Power Revolution is a machine designed
around gathering clean energy. Despite the exiting solutions which
fail to meet the demands of the market because they do not sense
low air flow and require a relatively high wind speed for efficient op-
eration, this innovative apparatus provides a highly efficient wind
turbine at both low wind and higher wind velocities.

By using wind sensors that adapt to the changing wind, the blade
panels move back and forth, creating kinetic energy, which is then
converted to a rotary motion to be transformed to electrical energy
for later use.

Green Power Revolution uses wind sensors that actively adapt to the
changing winds. These sensors allow the bladed panels to swing back
and forth, either creating resistance or non-resistance for the wind to
pass through.

Green Power Revolution is placed outdoors for wind and other weath-
er elements to come in contact with. The kinetic energy stored could

structure and as such it is marked with an easily visible warning label.
