Academy Agenda to Build Strategic
Partnerships in Brazil

With the aim of deepening bilateral relations between Brazil and China two nations with
a long-standing history of collaboration across various domains the IFIA-ABIPIR Office in
Latin America, under the coordination of its Head and Director of Education and Events,
Mrs. Mariangela Lückmann, organized a high-level agenda to welcome the President of the
BRICS Academy, Dr. Liu Zhenying.

Visit to the City of Knowledge, Cognopolis
Dr. Liu Zhenying began her visit in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, at the “City of Knowledge” (Cogno-
polis), an innovative scientific community founded by researcher Waldo Vieira (1932–2015).
The site is home to researchers, writers, and members of the International Cosmoethical
Conscientiological Community (CCCI), who are dedicated to consciousness studies and in-
termissive planning.
