Sahar for Innovation Empowering Youth

IFIA and ABIPIR Support Young Egyptian Innovators at the «Sahar for Innovation» Event
Aligned with IFIA and ABIPIR’s mission to promote initiatives that create a better world through
inventiveness, creativity, and technical expertise, the «Sahar for Innovation» event aims to address
climate change challenges and achieve sustainability goals.
Under the slogan «Innovation for a Sustainable Future», the Egyptian competition «Sahar for
Innovation» was launched in collaboration with the renowned IFG Group and organized by the
Academy of Sciences in Egypt. This unique initiative empowers the younger generation to tackle
major environmental issues and contribute to sustainable development goals.
A Vision for Transformative Change
The competition serves as a dynamic platform that combines technological creativity with
environmental sustainability, targeting participants aged 6 to 18. Its goal is to nurture innovative
thinking among children and youth, enabling them to design creative solutions for combating
climate change and protecting the environment.
Through this initiative, participants will enhance their scientific and technological skills in an
encouraging educational environment that promotes innovation and critical thinking.
Competition Themes
The competition focuses on the following key areas:
-1 Achieving Sustainability Goals: Education, agriculture, environment, and health.
-2 Smart Technology: Leveraging artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things to address
climate challenges.
Partnership and Collaboration
The event is a collaborative effort between IFG Group and the Academy of Sciences in Egypt,
showcasing their dedication to supporting youth innovation. This partnership ensures the
provision of essential resources, including technical support, workshops, and academic guidance,
to guarantee the initiative’s success.

The competition not only fosters innovation but also offers valuable prizes to participants, such as
scholarships, training opportunities, and chances to present their projects at international events.
