Creativity is an innate talent, so everyone is creative from birth
and has the right to encourage this ability. Every baby already
has creativity in the cradle, but it must be recognized. Personal
closeness, security, love, warmth, understanding and recognition
are important here. In adolescent development, self-confidence
should be strengthened, mistakes should be allowed and
visionary thoughts should be encouraged. Inexperience is the
source of creativity, which must be used as an inexhaustible
potential.

Children often conquer their world through ignorance, with their
own logic and experiences: young people unravel many things
with magical spontaneity, have answers that adults often laugh
at. The more childlike their ideas are, the more they deviate
from existing standards, the more they expand their creative
horizons. The wonderful thing about children’s creativity is the
inexhaustibility of their bubbling ideas. Parents are the most
important supporters of their early childhood creativity, and later
school and educational institutions.

Conclusion: Young people are our future visionaries, will develop into creative engineers and
form the foundation of every nation. Therefore, their creativity should be remembered at a
very early stage, encouraged and supported. And that is exactly the focus that IFIA and DEV
have set themselves.

It is to be hoped that the cooperation initiated by DEV board member Herbert Boos in agreement
with IFIA President Alireza Rastegar can be further strengthened and consolidated in order
to help bridge the gap between international inventor institutions to promote synergy that
unites peoples and cultures.
